Texarkana Machine is more than the “typical” machine shop. We are a manufacturing facility that produces top-quality replacement parts for the Paper Industry, military, thermoform industry, tool and die market, and many other critical essential businesses that make the world go round.

We take pride in our work, and pride in each customers needs, which include machine design and inventory critical spares. We are here to serve you in any machining need you have.

Packaging

Have you ever gotten a heavy part shipped that had NO packing and only one piece of tape on the top and bottom?
You WILL NOT have that issue with us! We package our parts well because we know how important it is to get parts in one piece!
Plus, trying to start a claim with a shipping company is NOT FUN and NOT a GOOD USE OF YOUR TIME.

Heat Treating

For in-house heat treating our oven capacity is 7” X 11” X 19”

Black Oxide Coating

It is used to add mild corrosion resistance, for appearance and to minimize light reflection. One of its advantages over other coatings is its minimal buildup.

Secondary Machine Operations

If there is an operation you can’t do or don’t have time to do, please let us help you finish your job!
